We have to say that from the beginning we received dedicated professional advice and support with our mortgage broker who provided clear communication, regular updates and above all the personal touch that the team was always available to help with our queries. The communication throughout the whole process was great as the team was pro-active, getting updates from Izabella, responsive emails and communication from Poonam and Magda and our queries always promptly dealt with professional advice from Kamal. Their commitment to support us identify the best mortgage deal during the difficult economic period given the additional pressures with the mini budget and bank of England increasing the interest rates was valuable helped us to search for our new house. I would not recommend this company due to their lack of professionalism and organization. After three months, I was informed that the flat was only available for cash buyers because it lacked the EWS1 and other necessary documents. They should have communicated this upfront, saving me the cost and effort of involving a solicitor just to ask the property management company.
