Our experience with David as our mortgage broker has been second to none. This was our first property purchase and we felt completely at ease with David’s guidance from the get-go. David was always happy to answer our endless list of questions which assured us he had our best interests in mind. Thank you so much David for all of your help. We certainly know where to come for a mortgage broker in future!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Vince was brilliant throughout. We had our buyer pull out unexpectedly and Vince helped us find a route through it all when our stress levels were at their highest! Thankfully we’re happy in our house now but would definitely use again if we decide to move in the future. Ant

David acted as our mortgage broker for our first house. His service was of the highest professionalism, and in most cases, immediately responsive to any questions we had; and we had many! David was genuinely knowledgeable about the market and the options that were open to us, helping us to secure a fantastic product at market leading rates. He was also a bastion of composure as we navigated the stresses of the process. I could continue to extol David’s virtues but let me summarise - if we were ever to buy another house, or need to remortgage, we will be calling David, and most likely, every time after that too.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

If I could give less that 1 star I would! Absolutely appalling, I would never recommend to anyone. They took my property off the market without informing me and I found out via another estate agent all whilst keeping their marketing sign up at my property to benefit themselves. When confronted they wasn't interested and avoided me at all costs. All now not one single apology or explanation!!! Don't believe the 0% nonsense, it's 0% because they couldn't care less and do nothing significant to help sell your property. Disappointed is an understatement!

Being a first-time buyer, I had numerous questions and concerns, and Magda was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process. She held my hand every step of the way. I also want to extend my thanks to the entire Gordan Blair team for their outstanding service and support. Magda, and her colleague Poonam made my first-time buying experience smooth and stress-free. I couldn't have asked for better assistance. I will be back when it's time to renew my mortgage. So thank you again!

Recently used Gordon Blair for our re-mortage as well as to buy the rest of 50% of our shared ownership property. Dealt with Kamal, Poonam and Magda and couldn't recommend them enough! They always put us at ease and made sure to answer all our questions as well as provide information and lots of support. They were always available on emails and really put us at ease. No question is too difficult for them. Excellent company to work with and good value for your money.

I was recommended Gordon Blair's services by a friend of mine (a very happy customer) and I've used them a number of times since. I have always received superb customer service from Mrs Magda Makiela. She's professional, very knowledgeable, flexible in her approach, patient, trustworthy and keen to find you multiple options for better decision making. Whether renewals or a new mortgage, the process itself was efficient and smooth on the admin side too. Would highly recommend.

Wow, where do I start! The Mortgage advisor that was handling my case was called Vincent. Vincent was so helpful from the beginning to the end of the sale and made the entire process positive and makes you feel in safe hands. (I was purchasing a house). I first spoke to him around a year before I actually brought my house, I had started looking for advice and just information in general about mortgages and buying a house because I didn't have a clue. I spent about an hour on the phone to Vince where he just walked me through the entire process of buying a house, what to do, what order to do it etc. He then let me know when I start the process or find a house to let him know and he'll start the process with me. When I finally found my house, Vincent let me know the next steps straight away, it was all very simple and straight forward with Vince! We applied for my mortgage and everything was approved pretty quickly as Vince made sure I had all the information they'd need and we spoke before hand about financials. Vince also is super proactive, he doesn't wait for problems or questions to arise, he's totally on the ball! Then onwards as always there were some set backs (due to the sellers and solicitors), but Vince was always on-top of everything, chasing when he needed to, giving advice through out the entire process and would always try and lift spirits when it got really tough! Lastly, the mortgage rate I ended up with wasn't the best due to covid, however as soon as the sale went through, Vince emailed me straight away reassuring me, he'd be reaching out close to the time of my fixed rate ending to look into other mortgages if need be. Overall I couldn't of asked for a better mortgage advisor when buying my first home. If you're getting your first I highly recommend Vince, he was a dream to work with, I will be forever thankful!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
