KerfuffleEasy process and easy to deal with
Alex, Rebecca and team are really easy to deal with and importantly they understand the needs of business owners and particularly if you are an estate agent owner/manager. The features and functionality on offer are second to none. If like me you need something special but don't know where to start contact Alex would be my advice.

My experience has been excellent. I tend to contact Alex who is one of the founders, so should probably pass my queries on but he's always responsive and a genuinely nice person. I set up the website through Estate Apps before I was really ready to go but Alex keeps in touch and arranges regular catch ups, which is fantastic. I've felt valued as a customer and appreciated, regardless of the fact we haven't really got going yet, which shows the ethos of the company is about looking after all of their customers not just their biggest and best.

From the moment we have worked with estate apps we knew they were amazing, they explain everything in full detail, they jump on zoom calls if we need something running through, any time we have an issue or a change to the website it is fixed / changed without hesitation and with ease. Their communication is also outstanding and nothing gets left for another day or week, amazing service we wouldn't use anyone else. Keep doing what you do so well :)
