Dear Mr Cerrato, Please kindly remove this review as you are clearly talking about the agency two doors away on the corner and not us. They were known as City Side Properties (feel free to google that) until recently and have now re-branded as Flintons. We have had too many of these kinds of mistaken identity reviews, it is getting really frustrating. We pride ourselves in providing a reliable and trustworthy service and hate the fact that there are other people who create a bad name for our industry. Thank you
