GoogleAlam was my agent and had a meeting set for 1pm . I was ignored after coming all the way out to Mile End and the customer service is shocking. I left at 1.45pm Rough agency with cheap suits - tell you how many great properties they have perfect for you and you need to be there in person to discuss. After you arrive they will prioritise clients spending more regardless of meeting times. Do not waste your time

Please kindly remove this review as you are clearly talking about the agency two doors away on the corner and not us. They were known as City Side Properties (feel free to google that) until recently and have now re-branded as Flintons. There is nobody by the name of Alam at our agency, but there is someone with the same name at the other place. We have had too many of these kinds of mistaken identity reviews, it is getting really frustrating. We pride ourselves in providing a reliable and trustworthy service and hate the fact that there are other people who create a bad name for our industry.

GoogleAfter beeing in a lot of other agencies where nobody could help me I found Cityview Properties by accident. But it was an amazing thing to happen to me. I spoke to Rachele, who was really interested in me and my needs. She listened to what I wanted and could afford, found rooms for me, took me on viewings and we found a room for me!! :)
She's a really sweet person and whenever I have a problem with something they take care of it in no time. They were really professional and hard working people. Also they're really nice and friendly, would chat and give really good advice on answers outside of roomrenting.
I'm really happy I found this agency and can only reccomend trying them out!! :)

GoogleDodgy. Saw a room advertised on Spareroom, asked to view it and the guy was very reluctant to meet me at the property but said he'd rather I come to the office. Met him in the office and surprise, surprise the room had gone 2hrs previous to that. Been back on Spareroom and it's still advertised. On closer inspection the room doesn't even look like it's part of the same house. Dodgy.

GooglePlanned to go for a viewing and travelled into London. When I got to the office the person who was suppose to show me round the property wasn’t there and I had to deal with an old man. He showed me a video tour of the property then told me I wouldn’t be able to view the property in person unless I put a deposit down that day! When I told him wasn’t able to do that he then became very difficult and told me I was wasting his time! Very unprofessional, total waste of time and HUGE SCAM!!! Don’t go to these people.

I also had to wait for over 2h in the office before I was serviced even though I had a scheduled meeting.
Other than that the team is friendly and responsive, but It always feels like they need more employees than just 2 they have right now to take care of all the requests.
