Having dealings with other agents in the past, I wanted to share some excellent experiences I’ve had on my recent purchase through Benson @ Partners. Buying a property can be daunting and stressful at times. Martyn and Hitesh were amazing all through out the journey. They were accessible (always there end of a phone line), approachable (friendly and patient), experienced (very knowledgable), good communication (kept me in the loop), impartial (neutral to both buyer and seller), well organised (even within their team) and very supportive. Overall, I liked their custom made care and personal attention throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Richard was very poor to deal with. Didn't take me seriously and cancelled my viewing 20 minutes prior to viewing, having travelled an hour to visit the property. I have sent an email complaining and nobody has come back to me also.

Unprofessional! Don't care about potential tenants. A guy called Richard was really unprofessional, I do have a tenancy and passed the credit check, he didn't listen to me, and told me to search property on Gumtree instead They don't really want to do business. Waste of time

A sorry can’t recover everything: i had a viewing booked today at 11am. They are fully aware that i will be travelling 200 miles far from them. I left home at 5 am so i can attend the viewing appointment on time. when i just left M25 at 9.15am and just entered to London area they called me saying sorry the house was rented and they needed to cancel my viewing. Really!!! can’t tell me the information as soon as the rent was agreed so i didn’t have to spend £53 on petrol, my 6 hours time and destroyed my weekends. they didn’t have to wait for last minute to inform me. I am so frustrated and upset. i know they don’t care whatever i think about them, but my request is, as a human , please act like a sensible human.

"1/5 stars. I rented an apartment from them for 12 months. Unfortunately, the agency failed to address several maintenance issues and repairs. Despite multiple requests, the issues remained unresolved. I was disappointed in the lack of communication and follow-through from the agency. I would not recommend Benson & Partners to others."

I give 5 stars to overall experience, just because of Karolina, she was always just an email away, very helpful and kind, answering all the questions. However, i would rate poorly the choice of company for reference check, it took us 3 weeks to get our refrences checked out and if not for Karolina, im pretty sure it would have taken us much longer, she was a great help, definitely recommend her to choose as an agent if you can👍🏼

Unprofessional service. Terrible communication bordering on misinformation.Made an offer to rent a flat and was then assured by the agent that we had secured it. After 3 weeks of waiting to provide the deposit but not being given any details by Benson & Partners, we were informed that unfortunately the landlord had decided to rent to a different tenant. By this time we had cancelled viewings for other flats. We were also treated very poor regarding our check-out process. The inventory clerk who cooperated with them came and broke things on purpose to ask us reimbursement and hold our deposit.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Just purchased a house with the help of Benson and Partners and we found their service to be professional and extremely efficient. The staff were very helpful and on the ball - especially Hitesh who helped us navigate a conveyancing process that was very challenging at times. As per the last review, I am surprised by the amount of negative feedback on here. But that seems to be the case for most estate agents - rental clients like to air their grievances online! Such a shame, as it doesn't in any way reflect the great level of service that we received.

Unprofessional! Don't care about tenants. Forgot the things was asked for. Not replying an emails. Once moved out the property, they called me twice or three times to ask where is the gass meter. Emailed them to ask what was charge from the deposit, NO ANSWER. I shouldn't even ask for that, they supposed to send me that information by themselves. I'm not recommending this agency.

Buyer beware. I made an offer on a house and before they took it to the vendor, I was asked how much my mortgage deposit was. I queried why that mattered as I have an AIP. Some convoluted response was made but they took it to the vendor, who accepted within a couple of hours. Benson & Partners then chased me for proof of deposit, the AIP and solicitors details which I sent over. 5 days passed, so I called them to see if the survey had been booked in. They called me back 5 hours later and said the vendor had just accepted a "MUCH higher offer with a much higher deposit". I wasn't invited to make another offer to try and match it. I wasn't informed either, I had to chase them for them to tell me this.

Throughout searching for apartments..i have been calling many esate agents...and this agent was absolutely rude and i was really annoyed that they could not provide me with the information that i need..i had spoken to him on the phone...he was rude and he did not give me a friendly service...I hope that in the future they do not get anywhere as they treat there clients like animals..just so that you know that agent needs to calm the hell down and never ever treat clients like this...i hope other people see this...i reccomend streets ahead as they are very friendly unlike benson and partners..i had wanted to put a hold on an apartment but they failed to keep this trust with their customers...that would mean that they are not very trust worthy...

Absolute nightmare. Fees are ridiculously high. As soon as we paid the holding deposit- the agents didn't seem to care as they knew we couldn't go elsewhere. They started to ignore us and pass about- made us feel like pests. They left us homeless and out of pocket even though we gave them 3 weeks notice of the specific date we wanted to move in- currently seeking legal aid for this. Still to meet our landlord which we question whether they exist or not. The questions we were asked were an absolute joke- they wanted to know every facet of our lives- why we moving together? why we leaving our previous place?! We gave them our original passports to copy in person, yet the 'landlord' came back 2 weeks later asking for another copy but in COLOUR! Not recommending this agency at all- probably a huge scam because the industry is not regulated- they can get away with murder. I've never written a bad review or complained before but had to warn others of our ordeal
