GoogleLucia was very helpful. We didn't end up getting the home we'd offered on - but that was down to the vendors decision to hold out for a higher offer. Lucia also kept in touch right until we exchanged on a property with another agent - in case that fell through.

GoogleWe purchased a home through the Sanderstead branch of BM recently and found the purchase very well handled by them. The staff at BM were all helpful, patient and friendly, and prompt in their communications back to us. They were particularly helpful in chasing our slow solicitors for answers and updates on where things were. We had a good experience all around.

GoogleCalled to cancel a valuation 5 minutes before an appointment. Seem to think they are doing you a favour by selling your property - even though their fees are 30%-50% dearer than other agents in the area.
