The whole team at Sanderstead were fantastic from start to finish, but Harry in particular was brilliant. Our sale had a few complex moments along the way, but his experience really showed when things got tricky. He approached everything logically and offered his experience to help us work through each challenge as they came up. He was always easy to reach and always picked up the phone, which made the whole process far less stressful. He also kept us updated the whole way through. We always knew what was going on and never felt out of the loop. Whenever we move again, Harry will be the first person I’ll call. I’d happily recommend him and the Sanderstead team to anyone.

Shelley has been fantastic throughout the buying process and made everything super easy, and she's always quick to reply to emails and let us know what the next steps are. She recommended a mortgage advisor (Paul) and solicitor (Yasmin) who have also been great to deal with. They think it's ok to dump their signs in a communal bin area, which won't be collected by the council, and the residents have to deal with it. This is not the first time, the last sign was left dumped for months until I had to break it down and bin it. They take 5 minutes to put them up however! They also just leave their cable ties littered on the floor when removing signs (after attaching it to a road sign which is also not allowed but seems to be frequent practice) Lazy and inconsiderate to other residents and getting quite annoying.
