As first-time buyers, we were understandably anxious about the process, but our experience with Scott was truly sensational. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he also demonstrated genuine attentiveness to our needs as a couple. Scott's communication skills were outstanding, he kept us informed every step of the way and made the entire experience much easier and less stressful than we anticipated. We cannot fault his service in any way. We wholeheartedly recommend Scott to our friends and family; he is a true asset to your company. Looking ahead, we can confidently say that if we ever decide to move, we will 100% be using Scott again. Thank you, Scott, for everything!

'They' say that moving house is one of the most stressful things to do. 'They' are not wrong but having Alison by your side is just wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble, she was there answering every question or query every step of the way. I can't recommend her enough. If you are selling, pop in and see Alison in the Selsdon branch of Bairstow Eves and let your stressless journey begin. Thank you Alison. You were just brilliant.

We used Bairstow Eves to sell my mother’s house in Selsdon. From the beginning, they were professional and efficient and found a buyer pretty quickly. Unfortunately this sale fell through but they were successful in finding another buyer and were happy to handle the viewings with minimal input from us. Alison was our contact point at Bairstow Eves for this sale and throughout the process, communications were excellent. There were a number of frustrating delays between the conveyancers but Alison was relentless in moving the sale forward, constantly chasing all of the parties and keeping me updated. She was not only a sympathetic ear, but took action to overcome any problems, right up until the day of exchange (which would have been much later if it hadn’t been for her efforts). I am happy to recommend Bairstow Eves in Selsdon and am grateful to Alison, Nicky and Chloe for all their help and support in managing our sale through to completion.

We have recently completed on our house purchase through Bairstow Eves. We dealt with Alison and she was amazing from start to finish, our sale through the council was delayed and Alison was pro active in chasing the council solicitors to get updates and things moving even when she didn't have to, Alison was more helpful to us then our solicitors! Would highly recommend! Thank you Alison 🙂

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alison and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I contacted them to inquire about properties to completion, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident at every step of the process. Alison went above and beyond to streamline the buying process. Alison, organized necessary paperwork meticulously, and liaised effectively with all parties involved, including sellers, lawyers, and Surveyors. Alison's attention to detail and meticulous approach instilled confidence in me that I was in capable hands. I can not recommend Alison and her team enough for anyone in search for a reliable and trust worthy estate agent.

The feedback on viewings were not great, however, once the sale was in place, they did keep you updated. Chloe was amazing, chased everything up when needed and kept me informed at the end

We recently sold through Bairstow eves. I cannot fault the service and guidance at all. Nicky and Alison were amazing. We tried to sell through Purple Bricks initially (biggest waste of time and money). Anyone looking to sell in the area, give Nicky and Alison a call. Their experience and knowledge in the area is fantastic and you will not be disappointed!

Outstanding service. We worked with Alison to purchase our dream home. She was brilliant to work with, right from the first viewing to completion. The process took 6 months, and it was incredibly stressful with solicitors. Alison was always at hand, to listen and to offer support and advising us with her expertise to provide solutions. She also recommended us to use their broker, Lily who helped us to secure a brilliant mortgage deal. Overall, we could not be happier in our first home. The support we received, has helped us achieve what we thought was impossible - to own a home for our family :) Thank you!

From start to finish the staff at Bairstow Eves Selsdon have done a marvellous job, especially Chloe Gledhill who was our main contact. Very professioal, efficient and friendly, they found a buyer within days and it all went through in about 3 months, which in the current environment was quick indeed. We were kept informed of progress throughout the entire period. This is our second dealing with Bairstow Eves in Selsdon, selling and buying, and would highly recommend their services.

We received great service from Bairstowe Eves Selsdon. Chloe was the main agent that handled our purchase and was very helpful especially during the last steps of finalising it all. She was always on hand to help and communicated excellently between ourselves and the sellers. Chloe and her respective colleagues were very professional and polite every time we spoke with them and genuinely sought for a solution when we had a question or concern. As first time buyers my wife and I appreciated the opportunity to deal with Bairstow eves Selsdon - they made the process much more pleasant when times it could have been stressful. Thank you! Great and consistent service throughout! I cannot recommend Bairstow eves Selsdon enough! From start to finish Alison had been nothing but great! We were able to view the property quickly, our offer was accepted quickly - the entire time Alison kept consistent contact, which is absolutely key in such circumstances. Nothing was ever too much. In the latter stages, leading up to completion, I emailed Alison every few days and she always responded and always done what she could to get us an update. Our experience as first time buyers has been nothing but pleasant! We felt extremely lucky to have worked with such a diligent, communicative and caring person who made us feel very comfortable and confident in times that we were anxious. Thanks again!

We sold our home in Forestdale with Bairstow Eves in spring 2023. Nikki, Alison and Chloe were just super throughout. I was particularly impressed with how Chloe managed to negotiate us a good price for the house, juggling a number of competing offers. And towards the end of the process, we were dealing with some very slow solicitors and Chloe really went the extra mile to chase them on our behalf, always with a kind a professional attitude. I can't recommend the small team here highly enough.

If you are looking to buy a house I would highly recommend to use Bairstow Eves in Selsdon. The team are just great and effective. Especially Chloe who is always brilliant, patient, helpful and very professional. Chloe Gledhill dealt with my purchasing a house; She was always hard working and so professional beyond my expectations. In my case she was excellent in chasing the right people at the right time, and making communication smooth and comfortable for all parties (solicitors, sellers and buyers). Generally I have received much assistance from the whole stuff, throughout the whole process; which was amazing. May God bless the whole stuff for their brilliant and effective services they Gave me.

I had a great experience viewing several properties with Lauren from Bairstow Eves on Saturday. She was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the day. We drove to the second property together, and she was more than happy to share as much information as possible about both homes. Her enthusiasm and knowledge made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable. I'm really looking forward to continuing my property search with Lauren, she's been fantastic so far!

Can't recommended Bairstow Eves in Selsdon enough. The team Nicky, Alison and Chloe are all brilliant, polite, helpful and friendly. So much help and amazing support with nothing too much trouble! Always chasing the right people, lots of communication and really going above and beyond with our sale throughout from start to finish. We cannot thank you Chloe enough for making what can be a very stressful time a lot more smooth and easier. Many thanks again, Harriet & Dan

We would like to say a massive big thank you to Chloe especially, and her colleague Nicola, who had the patience of a saint! This was my daughter's first flat purchase and it took a while for the mortgage application and other issues to be processed, but we finally got there mainly due to the professionalism of the Bairstow Eves Selsdon staff who never gave up chasing on our behalf. Thank you Chloe and Nicola! We highly recommend you.
