GoogleThieves. I’d say be careful but if you don’t want your deposit stolen just do not hand them any money, at all. They will steal it and ignore you after. Absolutely criminal

GoogleExcellent service from the team led by Sam with assistance from Siobhon and Jake. Would recommend for local knowledge, attention to detail and generally making the sale easy !

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Luisa, who certainly went the extra mile. Another agency couldn't sell my property in 13 weeks, whilst Luisa sold the property in 12 days for the full asking price. She is a star. I would always recommend Bairstow Eve to anyone wanting to sell a property in the area.
Thanks Colin for the wonderful 5* review and recommendation! It's great to see that Luisa and the Bairstow Eves team once again provided a professional, helpful and friendly service. Best wishes, Lucy.

GoogleFrom a buyers perspective it has been refreshing to deal with an agent such as Luisa at Bairstow Eves who seems to be working on the interest of both parties. She was helpful and well informed and very proactive when needed but not relentlessly pushy either. It IS possible after all!
Thank you for your 5* review of our local team. I will of course make sure your kind words are passed onward. Best wishes, Scott

GoogleIt doesn't seem like they, (Estate Agents in general), do a lot but the sale of our house and purchase of our new home went quite smoothly. We received honest, pragmatic help and advice from B E and am glad we went back to them after a 16 year break.
Thank you Mark for your lovely comments. I have passed your feedback to everyone involved at the Bairstow Eves branch. Many thanks, Lucy.

GoogleI would highly recommend this Branch. Very professional, proactive and went out of their way to help my elderly aunt, even completing forms that were nothing to do with them. Siobhan and Sam are helpful, compassionate and obviously extremely good at what they do!

GoogleSiobhon, has been extremely proactive with my house purchase: chasing up vendors, solicitors including me! Including returning telephone calls promptly. Overall the end to end house purchase has been smooth with contracts exchanged in 7 weeks. I am one very happy customer!
