GoogleSamantha and Siobhon at Bairstow and Eves could not do enough for us over the trying time it took to sell our property. Dealing with troublesome solicitors and the attendant bureaucracy of property sales was enough to try the most patient of people, but throughout they stayed positive, supportive and helpful. We finally sold. Thank you.

GoogleI dealt with BE and they are relatively better than other agents. I dealt with Sam and Sibhone and both were good. Sibhone worked hard on my sale and kept me posted all the time.

GoogleExtremely poor service from them, have to chase each time to get any update on offer made. Twice had a viewing etc after wasting my time for 10 days and follow-up they gave a reason for the builder going with an earlier person who made an offer while still the property was being advertised by them and another agent as well. Wouldnt recommend and totally unreliable.

GoogleAs executors of an estate, we had to approach several estate agents in order to sell a property. Bairstow Eves stood out from the rest as an extremly professional business, providing us with an easy choice of who to use. Within 3 months we completed after viewings from serious prospective buyers, each of which made an offer. The best of these went on to buy in a seemless transaction at breakneck speed. The Bairstow team were helpfully accommodating in advise & perfomance and we would not hesitate to recommend them.
