Tiarnae was fantastic throughout my purchase process, she was always very communicative and was normally giving me better updates than my own solicitors were. She was very transparent about the process, would let me know if she was going on leave and ensured updates were sent before and after with cover details for who to speak to if anything came up. Tiarnae handled negotiations between myself and the vendor with support and patience and ensured we were able to come to an amount that we were all happy with. I had a few visits to the property prior to purchase and Tiarnae was always very accommodating of these and ensuring I got the time I needed to make different decisions. Thank you for all your support and getting the sale through in a timely way, as well as the congratulations box provided when picking up the keys, it was very much appreciated.

Tiarnae has been superb in selling our property in waddon. She gave us plenty of communication and when our property sell initially fell through, she was able to find a new buyer within a couple weeks through proactive callouts and follow ups on each viewing. I am very pleased with how she handled our sell. I also want to point out that Salal was also incredibly professional and his experience in managing & conducting the viewings to prospective buyers was outstanding. Would highly recommend and use them again!

I recently completed the sale of my first flat and used Bairstow Eves to show me properties. Miriam was my point of contact. She was amazing throughout the process and made it easy for me as a first time buyer not really knowing what to do. Stephane in the mortgage broker team has also been brilliant, getting me a better interest rate when I was on holiday. I took off one star as the admin process wasn't 100%. They initially had me living at number 8 which caused a delay in receiving some documents. Also, the insurance company started taking payment when I hadn't completed yet. Staff on the ground are brilliant tho.

Met Salal at the beginning of the sale process of our house, he is obviously well versed in the pricing of properties in the area and was happy to work with us around achieving the best price. Throughout the sale process with regards to viewings, et cetera he was very transparent about who and when viewings were arranged, and provided feedback to us after each one. He obviously spent time educating our buyers around the output of their survey and at the conclusion of the sale was very active in closing out the final of obstacles. Top Man.

Shelley and Aliyah looked after us on the sale of our property and were incredible start to finish. It wasn't an easy process as on the other side our sellers were causing major issues and in fact pulled out of the chain last minute, but Bairstow Eves kept everything together on the sale. Very unprofessional service, I would say ridiculous Our “agent” (young men with long blond hairs) was supposed to let us know about a property, he knew that our offer hasn’t been accepted due landlord wanted family only He said i’ll call you, he never called us back, we had to call him, multiple times, his answer was, Monday Tuesday i’ll let u know, Monday again, he didn’t called back, he didn’t answer to 2 email, so we call him back on Tuesday and he said, maximum at 12/13 pm i’ll give u an answer, we didn’t hear nothing back from him again, we’ve been calling the agency probably 20/30 times, nobody picked up the phone, the next morning, Wednesday we call them back again, an other agent picked up the phone saying my colleague is not here but your offer is not been accepted already few days ago… that’s ridiculous
