GoogleShocking customer service, enquired about a property to rent but as I have pets I was honest and mentioned I have a dog and cat. I was told they would contact and ask the landlord if they would accept pets to which they never got back to me. When I’ve tried to call they pick the phone up and put it back down. Very disappointed as I was recommended to use them.

FacebookWe bought our new home off Firmin and Co in December 2020 and moved in May 2021. Jamie and Sophie where excellent throughout with communication and how the sale was progressing. There where definitely challenges during and after the sale to do with the previous owner but Jamie and Sophie where excellent at dealing with these challenges and email us regularly with regards to updates. Overall a very positive experience for our family with regards to our purchase of our new home.

GoogleI recently looked around a property within the last few weeks. Kirsty showed us around the property and was absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately we went with a different property in the end but she was absolutely fantastic!

GoogleAsked for an evaluation. Didn't turn up at the agreed time. When I rung to ask what happened was told they had forgotten with a list of excuses. Disappointed to also be told there is a charge for an evaluation of £99 if you aren't going to list the propery.

GoogleThe team were most professional but also added a personal understanding to what can be a very stressful time. We would highly recommend their services regarding Sales and Purchases of properties.
