Firmin & Co Crowland reviews

We have been very impressed with Firmin and Co in Crowland who we used to sell our property in Crowland. From the outset when we first met Hannah she represented the company in an extremely professional and courteous manner. She immediately arranged for Glenn to come out to visit our bungalow and he suggested a marketing approach and a value. Glenn was helpful but honest in his valuation and expectations. The pictures taken presented the bungalow especially well and supported the valuation. Although the bungalow sold quickly (on both occasions) there were extreme difficulties with the chains that Hannah (primarily) and Glenn both helped to resolve. Despite their strong interventions, and from Daniel Firmin, they were unable to prevent the loss of our initial purchase which meant we had to begin our search afresh, and set our sale timeline back. Throughout, they continued to represent our views and wishes and consequently handled the people challenges with our best interests at heart. Their interactions with solicitors, agents and interested parties was first rate. We would strongly recommend Firmin and Co in Crowland - they did whatever they could to make what turned out to be a long and often difficult process as straightforward as was possible in the circumstances. Thank you.

Fantastic to deal with from start to finish! As someone who spent almost a decade as an estate agent I’d like to think I have a good understanding of the process, and I can honestly say that Glenn and Hannah made that process so much easier. Regular updates, clear communication and a very personal approach by both throughout. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I wont hesitate to come back to them when I am ready to sell again! And the welcome box was very ‘welcomed’ when I picked up my keys! Amazing service; thank you, guys!

Firmin and Co Crowland dealt with our house purchase recently. They were brilliant, especially Hannah, who was on the ball, positive and polite throughout the whole process. She recommended a phenomenal solicitor and made the purchase as stress free as possible with lots of updates. Would very much recommend them!

After previously having some very bad experiences with estate agents I have been totally blown away with your service at the Crowland Branch. You’ve been polite and helpful every time I have contacted you, have found out information when I have asked you and even took documents into Peterborough when I did not have the time due to work and childcare responsibilities. You’ve gone over and above and I have recommended you to everyone. Thanks Zac and Kelly, you have made this a whole lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be and for that I am truly appreciative.

We are incredibly happy with the service from Firmin & Co. They found a buyer for our house very quickly. While the process was inevitably held up by solicitors, the agents were brilliantly proactive, chasing constantly and keeping us informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. Their fee was very competitive, offering excellent value for money. They truly went above and beyond, even coming into the office on a day off over Christmas to facilitate the key handover. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

Can’t thank Hannah & Zac enough for their great service during our house move. From keeping us up to date with where we were at in the process, to chasing everyone in the chain to keep the ball rolling, to adhoc requests, they always went above and beyond to ensure our sale and purchase went as smoothly as possible.

Fantastic service from Sean at Firmin & Co, Ramsey. Sean was great at every part of our house sale. He was easy to contact, valued our property competitively in the market and the photos and video made the house really stand out. He was great when it came to organising the viewings, managing what can easily become a very stressful time. We had plenty of viewings booked and sold within 7 days of listing. What more could you want? From start to finish, everyone was brilliant - I wouldn’t look elsewhere to sell my house!

We bought our new home off Firmin and Co in December 2020 and moved in May 2021. Jamie and Sophie where excellent throughout with communication and how the sale was progressing. There where definitely challenges during and after the sale to do with the previous owner but Jamie and Sophie where excellent at dealing with these challenges and email us regularly with regards to updates. Overall a very positive experience for our family with regards to our purchase of our new home.
