Dandara didn’t bother to get back to me when I urgently enquired about a property. And 10 days later, they have not even bothered to answer my complaint. Terrible company.

I’ve been leaving in 2 properties managed by the Dandara Team. They’re friendly, professional and helpful. The small issue in my opinion would be that Dandara have more control on the property management company in charge of the maintenance and repairs which can be frustrated at some point.

I am really pleased with my new Dandara home, the views from the gardens are lovely.The whole process from initial viewing to completion has been easy and the service received from Chris and his Isle of Man team cannot be faulted.I will definately consider purchasing a property through Dandara again in the future.

I have been trying to get hold of the company for months just to ask a simple question about my property and have had no response. It’s extremely frustrating and if I had a choice I would not have gone with these developers. Avoid at all cost if customer service is important for you.
