We are very happy to write a review for Dandara.The building quality and finish of the house was excellent and our experience was very positive. The whole team are very professional in their approach, specifically through their friendly, polite and helpful attitude. On the number of ocassions we needed help with small problems they were there straight away and ensured everything was sorted fast and to the highest degree. Thank you once again Dandara we are very happy in our new house.

Alanna at the Hazelwood development showed me around a property today and I just wanted to comment to say how friendly, professional and helpful she was. She was really understanding of my current situation, helped me see how the space in the house could be best used, gave me plenty of time to look around and was happy to answer all my questions. DO NOT BUY FROM DANDARA!Over two years later and multiple issues still not fixed including leaks to the garage and main roof. In the hundreds of call and emails I’ve made now and am now just being ignored.Disgusting company. Doing everything I can to get support from the NHBC to escalate my complaint.

Great service from Dandara moving from one flat of theirs in Jersey to another. They've been especially helpful liaising with both landlords to make dates line up etc. Thanks to Brendan who has been a great help.

Sadly the customer service is a real sham. We Moved in 29th June 2021. It’s now Dec 2022 and are are still experiencing issues. I feel our house was badly put together from Sewage pipes missing, shoddy brickwork, kitchen incomplete, front difficult close/lock, due to ill fitting door frame, of which still awaiting door. I could go on. The Operatives are usually very good, but often the jobs haven’t been given the correct or full instructions to do job fully and things get missed, jobs take longer etc.!I feel Dandara have grown to quickly and they don’t seem to be able to cope with the vastness of their situation. Communication is also extremely poor. In my view this is paramount.

We have put an ‘early reservation’ down on a plot, so far we have found the viewing processing, plot selection and the professionalism of the sales staff (Bradley in particular). So far so good!The show homes are beautifully dressed and those that we have seen are all well built. The development is well laid out and the timescales for delivery seem to be sensible.
