GoogleI am a co-owner of a holiday property that is unfortunately managed and let by LRPM - this is a list of the issues we have had recently: 1. Paying for new photos & drone footage of the property when we took over in 2021, these still haven’t been updated on websites despite numerous attempts to get this done 2. Poor quality of cleaning in between guest stays - cobwebs and dust everywhere - I have had to clean myself - even though we pay them for cleaning 3. Giving our incorrect pin numbers for the lock box for guests and not being available on the contact number to resolve this problem 4. Giving out the incorrect address for the guests and not being available to help resolve this issue 5. The cleaner has used an inappropriate cleaning product in our toilet - as we are in the middle of nowhere, we have a water treatment plant - this led to a blocked and overflowing toilet - which we had to resolve as despite paying for their management - yet again there was no-one available on the contact numbers to deal with this issue - resulting in a £400 bill - which we will be sending on to them 6. Constantly having to chase for account updates 7. No replies to our emails to complain about any of the above If you are looking for a dirty and poorly managed cottage to have a holiday in North Norfolk then go ahead and choose an LRPM property but there are better companies to book with If you own a property and are looking for a property management company - then look elsewhere and save yourself a lot of trouble and money.

GoogleRecently stayed at a lovely property in Cromer which LRPM manage. The place was extremely delightful and big shout out to Nina for being so wonderful and accommodating towards us (the lovely food parcel was a lovely surprise, thank you). Excellent service.

GoogleTerrible management company. Never answers the phone or emails. They are leaving elderly people living in fear of their service charges. They don’t do any maintenance leaving our property to depreciate further. Do not use LRPM for Property Management Services.

GoogleLRPM never answer the phones and that so u can never get ahold of them. Neglected maintenance the building is falling into disrepair. The management effects people negatively constantly.

GoogleLRPM helped myself and my 3 year old son during the COVID-19 pandemic. I rented a key worker accommodation for 3 months. A beautiful little flat in the heart of Cromer that was perfect for me and my son. I emailed for help on a Sunday, had a phone call the same day and had accommodation within a couple of days. Very pleased with the service I recieved and would highly recommend. Thank you very much for letting us stay!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleLRPM have recently let my two bedroom house in Norwich. They were friendly and approachable but at the same time professional throughout; mindful of my interests and also those of my future tenant. Nothing was too much trouble, in fact they demonstrated a commitment to 'go the extra mile' putting me in touch with reliable tradesmen so that the house was ready for the new tenant. Thank you LRPM! Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

GoogleI've had the pleasure of experiencing several of LRPM's properties and they are all fantastic. I've always found LRPM to be incredibly attentive and proffessional. Attention to detail and customer care are clearly at the heart of everything they do. Highly recommend!

GoogleI have worked with LRPM on a number of projects and the team have always been polite, efficient and professional. As a client I always feel looked after and that nothing is too much trouble! I look forward to working with them again soon!

FacebookDo not use LRPM! Dirty properties and substandard cleaning, particularly during covid. Repairs not carried out by tradesmen and too many faults to write about. Stay well clear and don’t waste your money or time. Book with a professional holiday let within Norfolk.
