Disingenuous & unprofessional. As a tenant you're treated like a second class citizen. Similar to other estate agents they're polite and accommodating if you remain quiet about any issues and just pay your rent. However, when a problem occurs your emails are met with silence, even when a landlord has breached their contractual obligations

GoogleUsed chris in the Lettings side and he’s always gone above what I would expect as normal. I’m a landlord and live 80 miles away and he has kindly helped as far as strimming my grass. Also have used the sales side to sell a property and jo was really helpful doing everything possible to reach my deadline ( getting it into the tax year ). A lot of stress and work but completed on the last day even when we thought it wasn’t going to happen Currently have another property going up for sale with them shortly and would not use anyone else Thanks again guys 11/10 for effort

GoogleYou hear so many tales about estate agents, such as they don't keep you informed, don't return your calls, are not very professional, however that is not the case with Mayfair, Crewkerne, from the outset Chris & Jo were very professional, they are very friendly and approachable people and do what they said they are going to do, keep you informed and even more importantly are always on the end of a phone. Chris kindly dropped things to our home on his way home and nothing was to much trouble for Jo, we would like to convey our thanks to both of them for a good job done and achieving the price that we were looking for. If we were to move or knew of any of our friends who were moving we would certainly without doubt recommend Mayfair, Crewkerne. Thankyou very much

They offer sensible and realistic guidance and advice. Always a warm welcome when I visit the office.
