Their pricing is very reasonable and you certainly get your moneys worth, their 360 tour really shows off your property and helps when viewing other properties online! GoogleI would give 6 stars if I could. Hands down the absolute best, most professional and most knowledgeable estate agency I have come across. The level of service and support has been amazing throughout our sale. Andrew has been incredible and his level of customer service is second to none. We loved his incredibly swift communication and actioned orientated approach. Not only did we have a great experience but we also know that this level of service would have also been given to our buyers.
Estate agents can get a bit of a bad reputation and there are many locally that are pretty rubbish. Andrew bucks the trend.
I would have no hesitation in endorsing Andrew and his team to anyone. He should be the number 1 choice for anyone going on the market. A huge thank you to the ladies in the office too, who share the same ethos when it comes to customer service and communication. Just fabulous.

GoogleI will start by saying that prior to meeting with Andrew Nicholson, when we put our mother’s home onto the market, that me and my sister had no affiliation to him or any of his staff and given that I live in the south west I started the sale process by looking at Crewe estate agent reviews and narrowing our choice down from those reviews.
From our first meeting it was clear that Andrew was head and shoulders above his opposition; his depth of knowledge, honesty, experience, and positivity, shone through and my sister and I both decided before the end of that first meeting that he was the man for the job.
Throughout the house sale process he did not disappoint. Despite setbacks from time wasting potential buyers, Andrew drew on his extensive experience to constantly reassure us that he would complete the sale and answered every question that we put to him without hesitation always answering honestly and (as it always transpired) accurately.
In my own experience of buying and selling houses I have never met an estate agent as proficient as Andrew Nicholson. If every person that I dealt with in life was as honest, capable, reliable, and contactable, as he is then my life would be a lot easier.
Andrew and his staff made what was at times a rather trying, through no fault of him or his staff, sale process at lot easier and it is clear that his experience is what makes him so competent. My words and a five star review do not do Your Move Andrew Nicholson justice and so I will end by saying that I highly recommend them as consummate experts in what they do.

GoogleValuer was pleasant untill I told him his valuation was very wrong. He valued my house for what I paid for it 3 years ago and then said I over paid! We had another estate agent that sold my neighbours house value it 75k more than you did. We had the mortgage company value it 8 months ago for 50k more than you valued it and they usually come in lower than actual sale prices. No idea what your valuer was thinking or where he got his data. He said it was not worth what I thought because we JUST had 4 double bedrooms, a kitchen, lounge, 1 ensuite and a single garage! Apparently you can get a double garage, 2 ensuite, large south facing garden, 4 double bedrooms in a village location for £350k well if you have any for sale at that low price then sign me up!
