GoogleI received an excellent service from the Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire branch of Town and Country Property Auctions. In particular I could not fault the help and advice I received from Anthony, and he made what was quite a stressful time for me far more manageable. I cannot thank him enough for all his friendly support. I felt I could totally rely upon him to deal with the transaction efficiently and with the least possible fuss. Many thanks to him and his Team. Highly recommended.

GoogleA totally stress free way of selling a house. My father's property had been on the market in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport for over 9 months with a local, traditional estate agent - there was very little interest, few offers and one failed sale. We switched to another local agent Steve Litt who, along with Town & Country marketed the property for us. It achieved nearly 20% more than the original agent had informed us was it's market value. The whole process was seamless, Town & Country and Steve Litt were very easily assessable and kept us up to speed at every step. It took less than 5 weeks from the property going on the market until funds were received by ourselves. I cannot recommend Town & Country highly enough to take care of the sale of your property.

GoogleI feel I have had excellent service from your company. Although my property did not sell at auction Alan Rodgers worked well with the people who showed an interest prior to the auction and again after the auction spending a lot of time with people still showing an interest. He managed to secure a sale for me and this completes by 30th July. He has kept in touch throughout so I have known all along what has been happening. He obviously has a good backup team behind him as well. I am very pleased with the outcome. Ann Dobson

GoogleSuperb experience with Town and Country, VERY user friendly, great advice, Anthony was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us especially as we live so far away from the property being sold. Anthony's advice was pivotal to our decision making process and we elected to go to sale by auction, although we then accepted a pre-auction offer from a private (ie non developer) offer. Have nothing negative to say, and everything I can say would be in most positive terms. Thoroughly recommend Town and Country Property Auctions and Anthony. Many thanks for a totally positive and easy selling experience.
