GoogleAfter viewing and putting in an application for a rental property and hearing nothing back, I chased it up 3 or 4 times over the space of 1 - 2 weeks (giving them surely what I thought was enough time to get back in touch) Yet I still got along the lines of 'can we call you back' or 'I will check and I will call you right back' only to be still waiting for that call back. Whether it be a quick phone call or an email, it would be very much appreciated to know where we stand, even if it is just to let us know that they have accepted someone else and the property is no longer available. At least then we can go about viewing others and not keep our hopes on the property we have applied for. I don't see it as professional to keep people in the lurch, especially when we have taken time out to view said potential property and filled in application forms. I am sure this agent is usually wondeful to deal with, unfortunately I just found that we were cast aside and left wondering what was going on.

GoogleWe have been renting a property through bespoke for the past 2 years and have always been very happy with the service they provide. All issues are resolved in a timely manner and the staff are all very friendly. We recently had an issue with a leak in the bathroom of the property and it was decided that it needed a complete overhaul. Penny and the whole team always go that extra mile in everything they do. I've now been using Bespoke Lettings in Crewe for sometime. Every single tenant they have found me have been exemplary and the tenant find process has been incredibly smooth for both me and from what my tenants say also for them. Communication throughout is absolutely faultless, they are professional, listen to your needs, swift, have an understanding for both the tenant and landlord and their advice they give along the way is truly appreciated and informative. Also by taking calls and emails throughout weekends and evenings when time costs money to avoid void periods etc is also really helpful. I cant recommend them enough.
