We have moved into our property which we absolutely love, before we moved in we raised a number if issues with Elaine regarding snags we wanted repairing 2 months prior to us moving in, none of which were rectified. We were then told at handover when pointing out all issues to add to our snag list to be reviewed 4 weeks later after moving in. It took Anwyl 2 months to even begin looking to rectify any issues with us constantly chasing them to do so. They are now saying that issues should have been noted at handover and they will not replace chipped kitchen units etc which we pointed out numerous times prior to and during handover. The site manager John also does not communicate when snags will be completed, nor does he turn up to appointments with you on days scheduled too. This is a warning to potential buyers to ensure that the sales team actually record any issues you find at handover and I would also suggest you get a copy or photo of the documents proving you have raised issues. Not impressed by the customer service at all which is a shame as we love our home.
