GoogleAm just about to complete on my property. The sale fell through several times because of breaks higher up in the chain. If it wasn't for Louis and his calm approach I'm not sure I would have stuck at it. I can't thank him enough for making the process easier by always seeing the positive. That kind of support is invaluable when things are very stressful.

GoogleMyself and my partner are currently in the process of moving in together, and we’ve been very well looked after by the lovely Emily. Her constant determination to get us into our home before Christmas and the arrival of our baby, has not gone unnoticed!! She’s been amazing at following up any questions or queries we’ve had, and got back to us as fast as she could, always keeping us in the loop of what’s going on!! It’s very much appreciated, and we’re so glad to have been helped by such a lovely woman!!

GoogleWe have now rented two properties through Carter geering now winkworth, and someone is always available to help with anything and everything. On the viewing of the second property we had the absolute pleasure of meeting Chloe. She was friendly helpful and nothing was was to much trouble. Even after now being in our new rental for over a month she’s only an email away! Thank you winkworth and Chloe!

GoogleProfessional and friendly staff, and an overall really good experience. Our estate agent Emily in particular helped us with our viewing and application process to move into our home and she was always super nice and easy to get hold of! I'd highly recommend her and these estate agents if anyone wants to move house!

GoogleWinkworths failed to communicate with us and our tenants regarding extending their contract Despite the tenants informing Winkworths that they we leaving our property and Winkworths putting them forward for another property, we were not made aware of this and very nearly lost our tenants we were happy to keep and who wanted to to stay Appalling service and a total mismanagement of our property

GoogleBoth me and my parent have been renting from Carter Geering and now winkworth for a couple of years. Recently moved into another rented property from them. Great communication and understanding from the team and sorted any questions and problems we were having. Actually seemed like they cared about us as tenants and not just looking at the money unlike other letting agency’s. Thanks again all!

GoogleWe appointed Winkworths in Crediton to find a new tenant for our flat. There service has been excellent and there staff very proficient Chloe handled the job very well ,and was a joy to work with .
