GoogleEmily at Winkworths , has supported our search for a tenant and has been very helpful and professional with the process. Emily answered our queries both written and verbal with clarity and in a friendly manner. Timescales were realistic; as we started the search for a new tenant just before Christmas. Other staff in the Crediton office are also very helpful. Winkworths has been a good experience in finding a new tenant.

GoogleWe have been searching for a rental property for some time now and the efforts you now have to put in is completely different since the last time we had to some 20 years ago but Emily has taken all the stress away from us. Emily has been a positive force throughout this latest journey and always had answers to questions and how to progress to the next stage of the process. Chloe, who had been my agent through the whole renting process had provided me with compassion and understanding throughout, was able to assist me through bumps in the road with ease and made the renting process go by quick and smoothly. Chloe was super quick and efficient with answering the emails and phone calls when needing to provide further information and was a pleasure to speak with! I would definitely recommend winkworth as a letting agency and if needed would definitely use them in the future.

From answering every enquiry I submitted via rightmove, to confirming viewing dates and times and then getting everything organised for the move in date i wanted, it’s made what could be a stressful process a lot easier. Would definitely recommend them

GoogleGreat service from Louis to sell our property. The appraisal, preparation to market and viewings were very professional, prompt and efficient. The conveyancing took longer than initially anticipated and Louis was supportive and helpful throughout the process. We also found everyone in the office to be very friendly and helpful.
