From the first viewing that I booked as soon as I saw the house go live, a viewing he done on his day off, to managing a negotiation of the offer, coming back to let us view the house again for measurements, then stepping in to proactively help us the day we exchanged when our removals fell through....just exceptional service. Always returned my calls, responded to emails and gave updates.
