GoogleExcellent service so far. We were able to get a viewing at a time on a date that suited us. All staff we have spoken to have been really helpful and friendly. GoogleI have just spoken to them regarding a one-bedroom flat to rent in Crawley. They said that they require the full details of a guarantor before they will even arrange a viewing, and that the guarantor’s annual income must be more than £46,000. I explained that we would be happy to provide all the guarantor’s details after viewing the property, if we were interested in proceeding, but they would not accept this. In my experience, I have never come across another estate agent requiring full guarantor details before allowing a prospective tenant to view a property. I also found their attitude and approach over the phone rather disappointing. It is unfortunate, as we were genuinely interested in the property, but the process and the way the matter was handled have put us off.
Dear Sofia, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and I'm sorry your experience with us fell short. To explain our process, before arranging a viewing we ask for some general information about a guarantor, such as their type of employment and approximate income. We don't ask for full personal details at this stage. The referencing company we use requires a guarantor's income to be at least 36 times the monthly rent, alongside other criteria, so we check this early to make sure applicants know where they stand before spending time and money travelling to a viewing for an application that might not be able to proceed. It's intended to help, although I appreciate it can feel like a hurdle when you're simply keen to see a property. Having listened back to the call, I agree it wasn't handled as well as it should have been, and I apologise. That isn't the standard we expect, and it is being addressed internally. We've tried to reach you by phone and email since, and we'd genuinely welcome the chance to speak with you. Homes Partnership provided me with the most wonderful service and level of support all the way through when they sold my property for me. They provided guidance in the initial stages when viewings took place and I needed to decide which offer to accept and the circumstances of my prospective purchaser. The staff are all very well informed and helpful. I was advised regarding a “Reservation Agreement” and this gave me and my purchaser assurance that the sale would go through smoothly and effortlessly and kept any stress to the absolute minimum - it certainly did from my perspective! Homes’ Sales Progressor was also extremely helpful, supportive and communicative and in conjunction with the solicitor (who Homes suggested), kept me informed all the way through the process. I would not hesitate to use them again and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.

GoogleFrom viewing the property to moving in, every step of the journey was a simple and straightforward process. We have now been in our property for almost two years, and during this time we have only needed to contact Homes on a handful of occasions for routine maintenance, as you would expect. We are looked after by Annalise, who always does a fantastic job of keeping us updated throughout the process and on the progress of any work that has been carried out or is due to take place. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and Annalise has always been efficient, helpful and quick to provide a solution. Based on the service and support we have received, I would highly recommend Homes to anyone looking for a property.

There should be a zero-star option for this place. My stay at 13 Albany Road was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. The property should be inspected by the council for damp and mould issues. The agency is using old and misleading photos that do not reflect the real condition of the house. Do not be fooled by the advertisement. In reality, the property is dirty, noisy, poorly maintained, and nothing like the “good quality accommodation” it is presented as. I feel completely misled by the listing and would strongly advise others to think carefully before renting here.
