TrustpilotTerrible repairs service
Currently renting a property from them, they bend over backwards to get you in but that's it, report any maintenance issues to them and nothing happens its up to the tenant to do all the chasing to get anything resolved, terrible service

TrustpilotExperience at Houghton branch
I have had an excellent experience within the Houghton branch, corresponding with Susan and Carole. Both have been extremely helpful and professional in their conduct. They respond in a very prompt manner to any of my queries. I am very happy to have them assisting me in the purchase of my property.

TrustpilotLouise and the Blyth team. Thank you.
I've used the team at Blyth branch on more than one occasion in helping sell properties or find new tenants and never felt I've needed to use anyone else to do this for me. Thank you Louise and the rest of the team. x

Excellent service from Pattinson in what was a challenging sale. Regular updates on progress and frequent contact and feedback from solicitors and purchaser. All the team were very friendly and approachable and demonstrated great patience. Also helpful in arranging things outside the normal service to assist in the sale. A big thanks in helping to get this sale over the line.

TrustpilotWendy Burbridge Pattinsons Sales team Newcastle
Hi , I’d like to thank and review my sales negotiator. Wendy Burbridge recently contacted me to let me know she was fromThe sale progress team . She was friendly very pro active in checking on the status Of my sale of my property . She made several calls to check as I was very disappointed with my solicitor whom I was using for the sale .Wendy managed to speak to the buyers solicitor too and bring together them both into agreement. As you well know the buying and selling of a house is very stressful indeed . But Wendy’s support was well needed and she went above and beyond to try get my sale completed more than my solicitor did . Thanks for your support in a very stressful time Wendy Sharon Stirzaker

TrustpilotPattinson Staff Helpful
The staff at Pattinson were very helpful, always friendly & polite & I give them 5 stars but my only reason for giving 4 stars is because the sale of our property fell through because of a buyer who for months kept giving mis-information that he was proceeding but in actuality was not. We have now decided to renovate first with a view to renting but again thank you Pattinson staff.

TrustpilotGreat from start to finish!
The agent, Simon, was a great help and made the whole experience stress-free, which when trying to look for a new home isn't always the case. He made sure to take the time with my mum and myself, making sure the property was right for her and suitable for her needs. He was knowledgeable and always happy to answer calls and questions no matter what. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Been in my new property for nearly 3 weeks now, I have asked 4 times via telephone to remove the sold sign, the manner of the staff I spoke to were not bothered in the slightest, totally unprofessional, still stuck with an 8ft Sign 🙄

TrustpilotExceptional Service
Purchased an online auction property. Joe Bennison from the low fell branch kept me updated prior to and on the auction day. His guidance and instructions enabled a successful outcome. I'm super impressed with the overall expertise. knowledge and friendliness of the team (including Drew) which included providing a solicitor. It's ultra rare to receive this professional level of service in the UK.
