I cannot recommend Fine and Country (Isle of Wight) enough, during these difficult times, the entire team at on the Island have gone above and beyond, in not only selling my property but also acted for the vendors too. From the initial discussions about the sale of my property to taking it to the market, Ross, Elliot and Chrissie could not have been more helpful. Ross gave a thoroughly professional service, using his wealth of experience and knowledge I knew I was in the safest hands. Communication was excellent and the whole team ensured the entire buying and selling process went smoothly by keeping me regularly updated and chasing up anything outstanding. They were always easy to reach and very quick to answer any questions I had. Fine & Country are lucky to have this dream team and if you are looking for a professional, reliable and friendly agency to to get your property sold then don’t look any further!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

What I liked about F&C was their total professionalism. The most important aspect of any house sale is to be kept informed of progress. Jasmine fulfilled this to a tee and Chrissie and Natalie equally so. Thank you for your help throughout the process and don't hesitate to use them for your sale or purchase. Thank you.

We had a really good experience with Fine & Country's representative Chrissie Taylor. Above and beyond the call of duty at every step. Super easy to deal with and she absolutely knew what we were trying to achieve at every step. If I knew anyone looking to buy a property on F & C's books I would actively encourage them to ask for Chrissie. She's a credit to the organisation (and you don't get to say that very often, these days)

Chrissy Taylor- Thank you so much for your diligence in trying to reassure myself and my husband, what you did showed an understanding of the stress incurred during the process of buying & selling. Your kind, thoughtful, phone calls, even staying late on Friday, just in case, was above and beyond. On Monday you gave me the call to say our offered had been accepted. I was up a ladder at the time and you suggested I get off it and sit down. This personal touch added to our experience.

Chrissie and Jasmine have been amazing selling our house. Not only have they worked tirelessly to market it but have been professional throughout keeping me fully updated with the process. They have helped with great advice especially when things became really stressful , always responding to messages ringing back when they said they would and generally being supportive throughout. I can’t thank them enough and in the event of ever trying to sell again,( which I hope will never be the case ) I would definitely use them and highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property. Thankyou Sue Pilswoth

Natalie at the Cowes office is absolutely professional. She has been beyond helpful in supporting my parents with their move to the mainland. The move was complex and sensitive and our family can’t thank her enough for her expertise and clear communication. I had heard her guide my parents through every step of their sale and will be eternally grateful to Fine and Country for their absolute professionalism. Thanks again Natalie you’re really amazing

Phenomenal and outstanding Professionalism. These are the two keywords that come to mind when it comes to Ross Taylor at Fine & Country IOW. Here at The Media House, we have been working with Fine & Country for 6-7 months now providing them with Real Estate content. Between this time we have come to know the team behind the scenes very well and cannot praise them enough for how far they are willing to go with clients helping to buy and sell houses. Offering a personal 1-1 stress-free service to which you never find them two words put together when it comes to buying and selling but these guys make it a breeze a true 5* experience.

Frightening and traumatic experience

Frightening and traumatic experience: When I got back to Brocco on the Park, a Fine and Country hotel, at 1.30am, sober, after attending a 50th (the reason for my stay) the door was locked. No one answered the phone, nor my knocking at the door, or the doorbell. After many panicked attempts, including calling my husband and waking him up to ask for help, I called my friends whose party it was and got a cab across town to sleep on their sofa. I had very little sleep. At least I had somewhere to go. The hotel had a night porter, but he must have been sleeping on the job. Also they were supposed to give me a code for the door, which they did not do. I was cold, tired and afraid to be stranded on my own in the middle of the night. My essential medications along with the rest of my carefully packed belongings were in the room.
