FacebookWhat a team! I used Delmor to sell my property previously and they sold it well above what other estate agents were suggesting that I put it on the market for. Similarly I have had dealings with the team recently and found that they all go above and beyond what you would expect from an estate agent. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Delmor again in the future. Save yourself a load of heartache and avoid this bunch of amateurs. I tried to sell a property with them and after they left my property unlocked not once but twice (they were handling viewings on my behalf) the managing director called me liar and suggested that I didn't know how to lock my own front door. Zero stars.

GoogleSuch a lack of communication between the estate agent and me. I was heartbroken that they didn't even have the common decency to tell me that the house is sold I had to find out from my solicitor. Two weeks after I found out the house was gone the advert is still up not even indicating that the house has been sold.

GoogleLack of interest in showing a home - "Don't want to be traipsing back and forth" - Isn't that what you're being paid to do?! Don't take on a property to sell if its outwith your area?! Unwilling to let us view out of office hours. Badly advised from them with regards to solicitors. No answer at the end of the phone when website says they're open.

Failed to issue a notice to the tenant to implement a tenant rent increase (it recommended) despite undertaking to do so. Despite repeated attempts over 3 months not resolved resulting in financial loss to us. Has now ceased communications with us.

GoogleThere's never anyone on the other end of the phone and when Iv left messages iv never had a response to which I have lost out on a couple of properties due to them not getting back to me, very poor customer services from cowdenbeath office.

GoogleThe lady was late, left to look round the property on our own, viewing was rushed, she was more interested in getting to her next appointment, phoned in with a offer on Monday and heard nothing back
