The worst service to tenants. DO NOT TRUST!

Whenever we had any problems in the house, firstly the office phone is never answered. Then after multiple tries you get through and they will tell like so and so will be there to have a look in couple days. And this huge person shows up at the doorstep and whatever the problem, he will be like "try this knob and this way. You can do it yourself." Once there was a pretty big plumbing issue and this guy just showed up, my entire kitchen was under water and simply waltzed off saying I am not going to pay any money to fix that. You can do it yourself. That is the worst possible behaviour from any person let alone the property people. I will ask everyone to simply stay away.
