It appears that this company could not care less about anything other than making profits. Have caused issues with street lights along Biggs Lane, Arborfield, RG2 and given that it's now over 4 months since they were aware of this, they are clearly not interested in resolving it nor the impact the issue is causing to local residents. Do not respond to emails, do not call back when promised. Awful service.

They are liars. They told me there was no housing association houses on this development. There is, the police are there twice a week at least, and still nothing is done about the housing association tenants that cause mayhem in this development. The house has had several problems that have been sorted, that’s why they get one star and not zero stars.

Have just completed on a new Crest Nicholson home in Henley. The sales staff were absolutely brilliant from beginning to end and nothing has been too much trouble for the site team. Overall, a much better experience than previous new builds we have bought. Would highly recommend Highlands Park and Crest Nicholson to anyone considering a new build purchase.

The most stressful transaction that one can make is buying a new home. However the team at Henley Gate has made the process to date stress free. The build was delayed by 6 months with no communication.We then moved in and are constantly having to chase to get the snagging done. If you want to work full time chasing a company who do not care if your house is safe then go ahead. If not stay well clear.

Apaling customer service and aftercare. Once they sold the place- they don’t care anymore. They would only fix the minor snagging issues however the major problems that are more expensive - they would not touch. Involved NHBC now. Management is just hiding behind the emails and would not even speak to residents. The properties are over marketed for what they are
