GoogleVery polite and helpful team. Sold relatively quickly. A bit difficult to get hold of the person you want sometimes. Not great at calling back when you ask them to. I called four times in one day and still didn’t have my call returned. On a whole an efficient and friendly company.

GoogleIf there was a way to give 0 stars I'd do that. Such a let down. Agents have no communication skills and will make you wait 12 days before responding to an email, after you chase it up of course. Excuses after excuses and none of the issues with the property actually get addressed. Beyond disappointed, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!

GoogleAvoid Avoid Avoid! Awful managing agents for tenants. They broke their contract with me and failed to deal with repairs at a property. I have now left the property and still waiting for my deposit. I think I will now have to employ a solicitor to claim .my deposit.
