We sold our house through Alternative estates and cannot thank them for their continued guidance,support and patience during the whole process. Conor was very respectful and knowledgeable during the viewings when he accompanied perspective buyers at our property ,with viewings taking place at short notice on occasions ,however he would accommodate the potential buyers always. Carla's experience and expertise in selling our property was excellent and this ensured a positive approach always ,which helped us enormously. We would recommend instructing Alternative estates as we found the family run business to be professional, experienced and honest. Above all their approach towards communication towards us as sellers was high on their priorities list and their reputation and integrity was paramount to ensure a positive outcome for all parties. From start to finish we have received exceptional service from Alternative Estates. Conor initially came and gave balanced advice, was very friendly but professional and came back and took great photos. He wasted no time getting us on the market and within days we had loads of assisted viewings which resulted in a full market value offer. Conor went above and beyond throughout and we cannot thank him enough. We also dealt with Carla who showed the same friendly, professional manner.
