Visited with daughter who was looking to purchase her first home and we were made very welcome by the site office personnel. Giving as much time as required to view the show homes and giving detailed information by the very knowledgeable site sales person.

Well after six year the estate that was the woodlands is still not adopted due to shody workmanship and everything being wrong on the estate. They are building up the road from there called elder gsrdens it's a joke stay clear .

Can't even finish the site round the corner, council won't adopt due to not meeting the needs. Could be worse, could have built on top of a mine like they did in DurhamNegativeQuality
