FacebookThe worst estate agents going ! Saying my landlord refuses to do repairs but they haven’t baring in mind I speak with my landlord it’s FJ that take the mick to send over the repairs left me & me premature baby in severe mould & damp to the point my little boy was very very ill , then moved me into a house that has needs more repairs doing than god knows what! Still waiting for there repairs from 6/8 month ago! I’d NOT recommend this estate agents!!!!

It’s took long enough ?my landlord had told me to withhold my rent , speaking to Sillars & they are wanting works doingt before they get the property , yes I am moving because your houses aren’t safe for children , it took you 4 month to move me out & whatever else the wall was soaking wet with severe mould & all I got was a humidifier what didn’t even touch it because it was that bad in the previous house I reported that issue loads & still got nothing back

FacebookWe do Gas Servicing and CP12’s( Landlords Gas Safety Certificate’s) for their rented properties. Charlotte is amazing at her business and one amazing person. She goes the extra mile for tenants and is so helpful to the companies she uses like ourselves. We get paid on time always, and Geraldine who works in the office is so efficient and has everything so organised and knows all the tenants and Landlords and also a good organiser also, she too is very compassionate towards tenants needs, and Geraldine and Charlotte always are on the ball at sorting out any problems. I can honestly say it’s a real pleasure to work for this company and give it 5 stars 🌟

FacebookI am a pre tenancy support worker and have worked with FJ letting for a few years now. Both Charlotte and Geraldine are genuine people who will bend over backwards to help clients into a tenancy. They see people as human which is a huge difference to many landlords/agents who may look at a request for housing and dismiss them without knowing why they are in the situation they are in. Yes, prospective tenants are checked, but the human element of this company puts them streets ahead of other agencies. Keep up the good work you super people.
