FacebookEven if you pay them cash for the month's rent, you have to pay them one day ahead! So if your rent is due on the 1st, then pay cash on the 30th. Very disappointed.

GoogleThe cheeky agency demand a holding deposit from whoever makes an offer on a property, and whoever pays a little extra tip gets to win. They then refund the deposit to the other candidates
