We found out dealings with the estate agents to be fine, but they've spoilt our opinion of the company by refusing to collect their "SOLD" sign, from the front of our house. We've phoned several times and they keep fobbing us off, hoping we'll take the sign to the tip on their behalf.

When you do finally get to speak to the 'right' person, the attitude is so poor and unprofessional!
If I were the Vendor selling the house I was after viewing, I would be extremely disappointed with the 'service' this agent is offering.
