Katie was very helpful through the process of viewing the property all the way to moving. The referencing was taking a while and giving us issues and not telling us theh reason but it’s not the fault of the estate agents and Katie was very helpful and quick with trying to solve this. I would recommend this estate agents compared to others I had to deal with which were much less professional and helpful than knight Frank.

Would recommend Knight Frank to anyone looking for a house in the Fulham area due to their exceptional client service, thorough expertise in each property and speedy responses to any queries. Amy Collins was a standout estate agent from my experience searching in several locations with many different companies. She was able to quickly learn what I was looking for and find the perfect properties to meet those needs, showcasing a high level of knowledge in each one. She is timely in following up and answering queries, always readily available, and goes that extra mile to make sure you are catered to - basically everything you would want in an estate agent! Her effort will always be remembered and admired.

The professionalism and attitude of the team

The professionalism and attitude of the people who work there, which makes it a pleasant experience instead of a chore. Sofia and her team on the sales side at Craven Terrace are upbeat but sensible and their efforts are much appreciated. We let our flat with KFR for the first time in 2024 so had also to learn the ropes once we had found a tenant- we were lucky to have Phillip Dunn to help us because he knows how everything works in managing a property , and can advise when something needs attention and when it doesn’t .And he gets things done, which is a really good service.

Knight Frank took over the management of my flat recently. Lety has been extremely helpful and communicative in solving any issues as they arise. She makes sure to follow up with external providers like plumbers until the problem is completely solved. When a problem occurred late on a Friday she made sure that the situation was ok through the weekend before the problem could be fully addressed on Monday. I appreciate her timeliness and responsiveness!

Louna was exceptional

I rented a flat in Elephant and Castle with Louna Del Barrio as the agent. I’ve worked with many agents over the years as landlord and as tenant and she was easily the best. In line with our previous review on KF sales and letting departments respectively also five stars for our property manager Kristian Lee. Kristian is managing our two new build apartments to our fullest satisfaction. He follows all issues related to the properties as well as the rental agreement diligently and very competently. He engages with our tenants and all their requests promptly while keeping us informed throughout. Kristian is very approachable and it is a pleasure to work with him.
