The sales brochure and drone footage was swiftly organised, viewings were conducted with ease and the communication between us, and the solicitor was reassuring and concise . We purchased an old cottage for sale in Mylor, Cornwall where Tom represented the family who were selling it as part of a deceased estate. There were multiple people to communicate with and information requested from the family - some of which were living abroad. Tom was extremely helpful and professional throughout the transaction. We have just completed on our apartment in Falmouth after nearly 8 months.
