TrustpilotManager of Torpoint branch is a bully.
Manager of Torpoint branch has harassed and belittled my vulnerable Mum who lives alone. Despite cancelling her contract she was daily contacted nearly daily and has now been told she has to still pay him commission if she sells with another company.

TrustpilotBe careful with your deposit if your renting.
It was complicated for me to get my deposit back, it took 7 months, a lot of emails and phone calls. I recommend you to be careful with that, and to use the protection if you can (which only lasts 3 months). Some employees of the companies are very nice and helpful though.

Beware of the nice little scam they have going with spark electric. Sign you up for spark on a rediculos rate and take their cut!!! Why do estate agents have such a bad reputation??

Manager lacks integrity. Would not recommend, had short involvement with them as a prospective buyer - treated unfairly, ombudsman found inconsistencies and lack of record keeping.
