They have not communicated or contacted us with weekly reports. They have not discussed why they are not booking any viewings. The photos of our property were of poor quality. They have not provided the service promised or any kind of service in attempting to sell our home. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Fox and Sons Saltash manage my property, Tom and Bethany seem to have a seamless process,and also seem to put my worries at ease. They even found me a tenant in the first week of my property being online. They are a welcoming friendly office, so much so that we normally end up chatting about our personal lives. I recently went through a buying process with Fox and Sons at Brighton Western Road. Unfortunately, for other reasons, the purchase was slow and difficult and didn't work out in the end, but throughout a stressful 8 months, all the staff at Fox and Sons were consistently great, Sam in particular.

Even 1 star is too much ! Over valued house by 45 thousand, then they informed us it was up too high! Had to chase them for feedback from viewings , staff extremely unhelpful ONCE they had the property on Their portfolio, have removed house from the market will wait until we are out of contract and use someone else, also their fees are astronomical.

DO NOT USE FOR RENTING. It took over a month and numerous emails for them to process the repayment of our security deposit. We had to do all the chasing - all they could supply was excuses. You have been warned.

Jamie from fox and sons was especially great at staying in contact with me and was amazing support and guidance.

Fox and Sons Hastings are the worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Never call you back, fail to deal with complaints and fail to deliver on promises. I would avoid them at all costs and go elsewhere. Customer service is not a thing they understand.
