Our experience of purchasing a house managed by the team at Country and Waterside Prestige was excellent. We were in a complicated and long chain, and India was the glue that held it all together! India was always the best informed of all the agents in the chain and always went the extra mile to get updates and information moving along the chain. India and Ellie's communication was great, they always got back to us when they said they would, even if there were no updates, so we felt informed. They genuinely empathised with the frustrations and did all they could to achieve a good outcome for everyone. And we love our new home!

My family and I had been looking for a property in Cornwall for nearly 2 years and I have to say that India and the team at Country and Waterside Prestige were well and truly a cut above the rest, more professional, more knowledgeable, more understanding and more thorough than every other agent we worked with in Cornwall. Having been a Sales Director for an estate agents outside Cornwall I couldn't help but judge the companies we worked with to find our home and India was the only one to continuously follow up, making sure her pipeline of buyers was up-to-date. Regrettably we weren't able to find a property through India at Country and Waterside Prestige, however I couldn't recommend them enough for Vendors and Buyers alike who want that polished service, dealing with industry experts.

Our sale was expertly advertised and managed by the staff at the Truro office. Having lost a buyer due to a broken chain the team found another and re-commenced the sale. Our legal conveyancing team was inefficient, but despite this, Country and Waterside prestige showed serious tenacity and support to overcome a few difficult and irritating hurdles in what should have been a fairly straightforward conveyance. Jenni Harrhy manages a very well organised team. Our personal agent, Ellie Wiltshire, showed boundless energy in chasing up our tardy and difficult to contact conveyancers. Her cheerful, efficient and tireless assistance has provided a huge amount of information and encouragement during the process. We could not have manged without her. Country and Waterside Prestige displayed a very high level of knowledge and attention to detail during our change of home. Many thanks and well done.

I would like to thank Charley, Mark and the team of Country & Waterside for their hard work and daily communication with me in getting the sale of a bespoke and in-demand new waterside property in Fowey over the line. After being royally messed about and failed by three mortgage advisors/companies in a row; all unable to finally secure me a relatively modest mortgage (due to a lack of understanding of my self-employed status, even though I was offering a large deposit and all figures were filed with the tax office). When the crunch came in November, Charley, who was hugely supportive and held her nerve while under pressure from all sides, introduced me to Dan at Gladstone Mortgages in Truro who turned a great, very low interest mortgage around on a sixpence within two days, enabling me to exchange and complete in time for Christmas after a somewhat painful and exasperating 7-month journey!
