GoogleAwful letting agency, avoid at all costs. Took my holding deposit and refused to give it back even though I signed nothing and when I seen the house it was not in a reasonable living condition as advertised. Completely mis-sold and conned basically!!! AVOID!!!!!!

Damien, this is a completely false review as we have never had any dealings with you before and certainly never received a deposit from you. We have flagged this with google but they don't seem to be interested in verifying your fake review. We comply with all the relevant legislation and regulatory bodies. All deposits received are lodged with the tenancy deposit scheme (TDS NI), as required by law. This government backed deposit scheme was set-up to protect tenants and any disputes are settled through the scheme. You should click on the following link for further advice.
