Unfortunately this estate agent is the worst I have ever dealt with. Unprofessionalism from day one. Turning up at the viewing so late that we had already viewed the property with the vendor, telling lies about offers that had been made which hadn’t. At one point caught out actually selling the property to another buyer at the same time as us? Nobody had a clue what the other person in the office was doing and the manager of the Cookham office (who has since left I believe) was incredibly patronising and actually had me in tears at one point! Needless to say we did not end up buying a property with them. They messed us around from beginning to end. Absolutely awful!
