Having dealt with the Houghton-le-Spring branch before when buying a property I had no hesitation in using them to sell. From first contact the customer service was outstanding, David the valuer came to our home he was professional and talked us through our options. We had no hesitation in putting the house on the market with them. Rachel and Rachael took no time in arranging viewings and two days later we were sold. The staff are initially professional and helpful, when you look to purchase if property through themselves. The sales information and photos were extremely poor. They soon become, complacent once the sale is going through. I would not recommend this company to buy or sell a property

Moved my appointment from 9.30 till 10 at 9.20, managed to get that sorted, didn't have the keys for one of the houses and didn't have a booking for the other house I was seeing when I booked them at the same time, on the same phone call. Estate agent wasn't particularly friendly and neither was the lady that called to push my appointment back. Had a couple of comments which I wasn't very comfortable with either. Even if I can only afford a 70.000 house it dosent mean I should be treated differently or have sarcastic comments. Removed my subscription with them and will not be looking at any houses with them again. I've had the wind taken out of my sails for looking at my first house.

Durham branch sold my house within 18 hours!! Very quick process from registering request for valuation to having house advertised online for sale. Very professional staff and certainty more proactive than other estate agents I have used previously. They also advertise on a wide range of sites to entice as many buyers as possible. They will get the best from your property if you take their advice and the pictures of your home are guaranteed to be good quality and accurate. I would certainly reccommend Your Move for an efficient service with staff guaranteed to work for the money you pay, which is not always the case with others who appear better value for money but are certainty not. You get what you pay for as they say.

I really wished I had rented my house out through Your Move at the beginning instead of going through a different local agent...who were absolutely shocking as they let the tenant ruin my house.Anyway getting back to Your Move, I sold my house through this office. The girls were great in the office...friendly, personable and most of all keen to help. The sales team were excellent communicators, seeing as I live in Australia.
