GoogleI can not commend Reeds Rains enough for the service they have provided in the sale of my property. My sale was a bit more complex than some as I no longer live in the area and the property was in the hands of a letting agent. From my first contact , till completion of my sale they have been committed, sympathetic, very proactive, approachable and very friendly. We hit quite a few problems along the way but they were all determined to do the best job possible. They went above and beyond their job descriptions in order to help me and for that I am forever grateful. So Lyndsey and Jane thank you from the bottom of my heart . I would also extend my praise to Louise who helped an awful lot in the process before moving on to another career. Well done all of you , and you can now be thankful that I will no longer be calling you 🤣🤣

GoogleI rented through Reeds Rains Consett and whenever I visited the branch I found the staff very welcoming and friendly. It was a great experience from the initial viewing to ultimately signing for one of their beautiful rentals (and there were plenty to choose from that fit my criteria). Due to a relocation I ended my tenancy with them and still found the experience very pleasant and efficient. Could not recommend them enough and if I needed to rent in the Consett area again my first port of call would be to see Lyndsay and her team!

The most helpful I have ever come across,especially during a very stressful time,with some very difficult hurdles( and people!) to overcome. GoogleWaited a month to view a house, called repeatedly to find out about viewings and was told I would be contacted when they were being done by the landlord. Phoned today to find viewings were done without me being notified and applications are now closed with the landlord, and now I am unable to even apply for it, due to base level incompetence. Genuinely appalling customer service. Have had someone shouting down the phone at me this morning, rude and unpleasant attitude from all the staff I've encountered so far. Really dire. In sure they are nice when you're selling your house and there's a fat commission in it for them but if you're looking to rent why waste your time being pleasant to someone when there's another 20 just like you.

GoogleNothing is a trouble for these guys, although they certainly follow all real estates regulations they still can manage to costumes your own preference *if any. Speaking from my experience from all possible local real estate agents ( sold several properties), I wouldn’t recommend any of them but Reeds.
