TrustpilotThank you Wendy!
Without the help of Wendy throughout the sales process, I’m not sure how we would’ve coped! It was so reassuring to know that we had somebody on hand that was professional, friendly and gets the job done. She was always on hand to offer support and enable conversations between us and solicitors. If there was ever something that we needed advice on, or chased - Wendy sorted it.

We purchased our new home with the help of Pattinsons. Very helpful and excellent customer service. Nothing too much trouble. A big thanks to everyone in the team, in particular Michael who was excellent in helping us throughout the process of buying. Would definitely recommend.

Had fantastic service and support from the Alnwick branch. Claire has been truly helpful and given me the advice I needed to help sell my late mothers home. A great team and I would use them again and recommend Pattinson Estate Agents to my friends.

TrustpilotHorrific,
Horrific,Absolute bullies who treat you appalling, have no regard for your privacy or confidentiality and enter the property without you as the tenant permission, giving you the fright of your life and forcing you to write to your landlord and the managing director of Keith Pattinson. Avoid at all costs.

Can you provide us with more information like your email address and the property address in question to socialmedia@pattinson.co.uk? And we will look into this matter further. We take these kinds of issues very seriously and would never put undue stress on our customers.

Moving is very stressful and I have found the help from Pattison extremely helpful in making this less stressful and I would continue to use these whether it was to buy or rent

TrustpilotTerrible repairs service
Currently renting a property from them, they bend over backwards to get you in but that's it, report any maintenance issues to them and nothing happens its up to the tenant to do all the chasing to get anything resolved, terrible service

TrustpilotProfessional and helpful Estate agents
We decided to put our property on the market and the Pattinson's man who came out to assess it proved to be very knowledgeable, personable and professional in his approach. The property was sold fairly quickly and we felt that the agent was doing an excellent job .However, the deal hit several " legal" snags [sic] along the way and had it not been for the encouragement, knowledge and persistence of agent Meg at Pattinson's I doubt we would have sold the property. Thank you so much

After trying to sell a Lodge just north of Alnwick on social media for 18 months I contacted Kelly at the Alnwick office. TrustpilotWendy Burbridge Pattinsons Sales team Newcastle
Hi , I’d like to thank and review my sales negotiator. Wendy Burbridge recently contacted me to let me know she was fromThe sale progress team . She was friendly very pro active in checking on the status Of my sale of my property . She made several calls to check as I was very disappointed with my solicitor whom I was using for the sale .Wendy managed to speak to the buyers solicitor too and bring together them both into agreement. As you well know the buying and selling of a house is very stressful indeed . But Wendy’s support was well needed and she went above and beyond to try get my sale completed more than my solicitor did . Thanks for your support in a very stressful time Wendy Sharon Stirzaker

TrustpilotPattinson Staff Helpful
The staff at Pattinson were very helpful, always friendly & polite & I give them 5 stars but my only reason for giving 4 stars is because the sale of our property fell through because of a buyer who for months kept giving mis-information that he was proceeding but in actuality was not. We have now decided to renovate first with a view to renting but again thank you Pattinson staff.
