TrustpilotHouse Valuation
Jonjo came to our property to advise on an appropriate valuation for a future sale and to help advise our bank for remortgaging purposes. He was punctual, friendly and his expertise of the local area, combined with our property meant that we got a realistic valuation of our house in its current condition. This information has been very helpful in terms of future planning and we would like to thank Reeds Rains for their help.

TrustpilotReeds Rains Congleton
Reeds Rains Congleton have just sold my property and I would highly recommend the service. They were very professional from the beginning, offering different marketing strategies to suit my needs. They got me an asking price above the guide and above my expectations. The sale went through with the help of the sales team and although there were some difficulties along the way, nothing was too much trouble.

Silas and Tabitha at the Wrexham branch were so helpful when purchasing our new property through them. Always quick to respond to telephone calls and emails. Very accommodating in repeat viewings. Overall, a very friendly and positive experience using this agent in Wrexham. Thanks both for a great service. :-)

GoogleFor us as potential buyers our interaction with them was terrible. Asked for more money via the morgage advisor that works for them before they even told vendor our offer, then when we offered what vendor wanted basically lost due to them continuing viewings though told vendor would accept the offer! Terrible company for buyers! Totally unprofessional. Will not be looking at any future properties with them.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
