GoogleI 'interviewed' 6 estate agents over the phone. Peter was really amazing and I was going to tell him there and then I'd engage Temme English on the back of speaking to him. Mitchell was equally good. They know their stuff and don't do cheesy sales talk. They just get on with it.PositiveQuality

GoogleAfter having a very bad experience with another local agent we where so happy to deal with Mitch and Rachael at Temme English. They communicate so well are polite and professional and exceeded our expections. They sold our property for us within a good time frame with minimal hassle, I will definitely be using their services again when I need to. Thanks again

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Temme English throughout my purchase. As a first time buyer having such a bad experience with my solicitor it was refreshing to be buying from such a professional estate agent. Special mention goes out to Rachel for keeping me right up to date throughout the process. Would definitely recommend them and hope to use them again in the future.
Hi Pete, we want to wish you all the happiness in your first home! Thank you for your kind words and we look forward to hearing from you when your ready for your next venture,

GoogleI used Temme English as a buyer. I put my trust in a Mitchell M to find me a property and I told him my requirements. Mitchell M informed me of a property before it went on the market and it was exactly what I was looking for. From my experience as a buyer I will definitely be using Mitchell M as a sellerPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotAbsolutely Amazing
The team at Temme Basildon are absolutely amazing... Sadly we lost both our parents in 2021 and were involved in a very long drawn out probate. From the very first visit with Louise until completion date the team have been nothing but encouraging, enthusiastic, dedicated and determined to get our sale over the finishing line. They kept us informed at every stage, even contacting us out of normal office hours and always had a smile and time for us when we visited the office. When times were tough we felt they held our hands and kept us strong. If you are thinking of buying or selling a home, you will be in safe hands and we cannot recommend them enough. Lin and Les

GoogleWe marketed and sold our flat through Temme English and were very happy with the whole process. When deciding on an estate agent I spoke to five other agents in Colchester and they were all very pushy - in contrast, Mitchell explained things once, was friendly and easy to deal with. We listed our flat just as Covid began and so had trouble getting people to view, the team at Temme English persisted and we got there eventually. Mitchell travelled here at least 30 times to show people round, must have been draining for him! After getting the offer accepted, I communicated with Rachel as we worked through getting all the enquires etc completed. She's good at her job: friendly, easy to communicate with and kept on top of things over the many months it took to complete. We're grateful for all the work they (and the team) put in throughout Covid and how they kept at it as several other unforeseeable delays came along. I recommend this estate agent!

GoogleI don’t think there is one person in the Colchester branch that I have not dealt with and all have been extremely helpful even after a couple of challenges they still go above and beyond. Old school customer services is still alive. I also loved the property file you can log into yourself to check progress. We moved to Temme English from another agent as they were not pushy sales people but open and friendly and answered our questions honestly. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe have rented our property through Temme English for 2 years. We went with them, because they were friendly and professional. We have had good service over the last 2 years and have had no issues at all. As landlords living overseas, it was good to know that your property was in capable hands. Thank you.
Thank you Laura.

GoogleWe just purchased our new house through this agency . We honestly need to shout-out to them. Meghan and Rachel are absolute super stars . They never left us through the whole process. We are more than satisfied and happy. We came across other agencies but they didn’t give us the same attentions and feelings. 100% recommend them. Carla and Beni

GoogleThe service provided by both Rachel Mason and Harry Brooking throughout the whole sale process has been absolutely brilliant! I would not hesitate to recommend Temme English - so much so that we have another house to sell and have put that with them too! Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication - it took a while but without your support I don't think we would have got there. Thank you again

TrustpilotGood start. Poor finish
Had good upfront service and good timely feedback on the viewings. I felt they all worked hard to help us sell. I did feel they could have done much better on the completion date as they had keys but didn’t know. This resulted in a very stressful search and false information. They weren’t very helpful at the end unfortunately so bit disappointing

GoogleIt was a pleasure to buy a house with Temme English. It was my first experience buying a house and I was a bit nervous at the beginning but it was really easy to talk to Rachel who was always friendly and helpful. Thanks for dealing very professionally with the gaffes like calling the agency and thinking I was calling Sainsbury's online groceries. Sometimes it's too many calls and emails at the same time Ahah! And finally, I would like to thank you for the lovely gift and I wish you guys good luck and that you may prosper in the agency business.

GoogleFrom start to (almost) finish everyone has been brilliant. Was lovely to meet Carl who we made frist contact with and came across very genuine so we decided to put on market. Both Mitchell's done our viewings and could not fault them. Once we had a sale agreed Rachel definitely went above and beyond for us. We had alot of issues with our buyers solicitors and she was on the case constantly to ensure we could exchange including working overtime. She also worked really well with our sellers estate agent to ensure things went smoothly on that end. We are now set to move on Friday and I know she will be on the case as soon as she's in the office. Thank you to everyone in the colchester branch!
