GoogleBairstow Eves found me a tenant in 2 days of listing my flat with them! Really impressed with the speed in which they found me a tenant, and so far the tenant they found me seems perfect. Can't speak highly enough of them. Nice staff and they haven't caused me a single issue. 5 star service so far.

GoogleAs well as using the sudbury office i have a property in colchester which the lettings team let in 3 days. Really impressed with the new tenant and the service that Bairstow Eves have provided. GoogleFantastic service throughout. This is the second time that I have used Bairstow Eves to rent my property and management has also been superb. Currently looking for other properties to add to my portfolio which I will also give the Bairstow Eves to Let and Manage. Superb Letting agent 5*

GoogleTerrible experience, have reported faults in the property numerous times, never with any response. On a review of the property the reviewing agent noted the faults and said "Hopefully someone will be in contact" months later no contact. They do not return phone calls or emails. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleShame I can't give 0 stars, I have been calling to try and speak to Tara or Joseph for over 2 weeks now, they're always off and never return my calls or emails. If you are a landlord and you want communication with your agent AVOID here like the plague.

GoogleAwful experience from start to finish. Branch manager has a terrible attitude and seems only interested in his commission. Never keeps you up to date on progress and will put the phone down on you when challenged. Avoid.
